It’s On Productions (IOP) is a film production company founded on the concept that surrounding yourself with quality people, the right attitude, and a belief in social responsibility will result in superior work and a free flow of creative ideas. In addition, IOP was started with the view that working with people who enjoy what they do will always be profitable.

IOP is at the front of a new way of thinking in film production. IOP streamlines the cost of production overhead allowing us to provide a savings to our clients without sacrificing the integrity of the projects we participate in. At the same time we cut down on waste and promote positive social behavior, which we believe increases productivity and creates a worthwhile work environment.

The IOP team of directors is a diverse group of artists with a variety of experience including Commercials, Feature Films, Documentaries, Music Videos, and Internet Campaigns, to name a few.

The creators of IOP (Matty Struski & Troy Sullivan) are originally from Boston, Massachusetts, and are convinced that the combination of an East Coast work ethic and the West Coast experience help foster first class ideas and a great atmosphere.
